I graduated from the school he attended and we have an online database of all the graduates of RS Univ of Sci and Tech starting from origin. Currently the search link is down but once its up i will look up his name from the convocation list maybe you might be lucky to see the course he studied and year he graduated. From there you will need to go to the school and search for his file, you might be lucky to get his local govt of origin and hometown. You can look up the convocation list on www.ust.edu.ng .
