I had a friend who won OGD scholarship in ogun state. A few days to the beneficiaries' visa appointment at the British embassy, 2 girls whom my friend had woed while in school but snubbed him suddenly showed up from nowhere. The teacher, 30, groomed her victims from the age of 15 and had a child with one of the teenagers, Manchester Crown Court heard.

She was found guilty of six offences of s3xual activity with a child after a two-week trial at Manchester Crown Court, and was jailed for six-and-a-half years today on Thursday, July 4.

Ms Joynes fell pregnant by one of the schoolboys and gave birth in early 2024.
