I have transacted with Futurefocus as well. Guy doesn't even waste time with his price, I got some Jabra headphones from him earlier this year at the cost of 20k or so. The headphones are still serving as I talk to you, in fact the cost for a new Microsoft recommended jabra headphone is around $200 or so, I didn't know this until a colleague got a remote job, and the company sent him the equipments including the headphone. But this was a headphone I got for 20k from FutureFocus.

Honestly, I’ve been seeing a lot of people throwing insults at this guy, but I have to say my experience was completely different. When I transacted with him, everything went smoothly. He was polite, responsive, and delivered exactly what I ordered without any issues, and he has the fastest delivery I have ever had, despite us not even being in the same state. I paid in the evening, and I received my item (a Garmin Lily watch for my wife) the next day by 4pm. It’s surprising to see such a negative response from a lot of people here when our interaction was positive. It’s so unfortunate that I cannot send Voice notes to NL, otherwise you would have heard him speak in the most politest of words and tones. Additionally, he even balanced the amount of the waybill when I said it was too high for me and I could only pay a certain amount. Finally, he even gave me a one week period to use the watch, and if I’m not satisfied with it, I should return it and he would gladly refund my money (and I believe him). I think it’s important to recognize the fact that everyone can have different experiences, and sometimes the negative comments can overshadow the good ones. All in all, Futurefocus is a nice person, it is possible your approach to him was faulty or you simply did not understand him.
I'm surprised to see not even a single person out of the many that have transacted with him have come to put in a word or two. I believe coming to his defence is as good as a review for him, and I also believe we should all come out to do that. doing business in Nigeria is very difficult, even after putting non negotiable in bold letters some phools will still come and price you in dm like you stole it.

Imagine selling an already nice deal at clearance price of about half the cost of the item and you have people coming to price again in your DM.

The issue is that guy got a Garmin Lily, I told him it’s 120k but he offered 70k or so, this is the watch of 410k that my colleagues are selling for 150k to 200k

The watch is not even available again, but when he got the watch, he started complaining about a stain at the back of the watch, and I immediately offered a refund plus Waybill cost and 5k bonus but he rejected it,

He rejected it and threatened to deal with me
And here he’s out for me with his gangs, please leave him , his own case is different
Why can’t he return what he doesn’t want, and get full refund plus Waybill cost and 5k bonus

I informed him immediately I confirmed payment and sent the tablet and he gave a nice review but I will attach it later due to image limit here , infact, a very nice review

But I remember we had misunderstanding during negotiation and he still held on to that, he asked me so many questions about the tablet which I answered , the funniest thing is this guy still won’t stop buying this cheap nice stuffs in good condition from me because he can’t get them at my price elsewhere , those guys will hand you a bad one if you price their good like stolen item.

This is from a customer wanted to kill me with complain just because screen guard cover the camera, I explained to this man that I searched Ikeja , not that I had to spend my own money to go to Ikeja in search for a screen guard and pouch for a Samsung tablet because he’s far away in the north, it took me a half a day to get to Ikeja to do this and this man said I should not have got the screen guard at all , which I got because it was the best available for his Samsung tablet,

I fell so bad, and asked him to remove the screen guard and destroy it in a video and I will refund his N1200 for the screen guard but he kept on messing up my business and refused so he fired me and I fired him too
