I was once a salary earner and i realised that the pay cheque i receive was base on Time i stay or work with the company,
the moment another staff is employed u are 50% full staff and that is with the period of 6 month.
this is because in Nigeria the the supply of labour is high and the demand is low with low salary and Job insecurity
