The attention paid to this cultural heritage by Lagos state government should beacon Eyo festival to the rest of the world of the beauty of the Yoruba culture and make it a tourist attraction

Those of you saying obi is not corrupt and would not involve himself in bribing delegates. What do you think obi used to buy delegates and labour party leaders combined? Peanuts? All of the current crop of politicians, with no exception, are inherently corrupt and are all involved in vote buying and giving bribes to win votes. If you think otherwise, you really have not researched how Nigeria's voting behaviour works.
