He has my respect. |

Education › Re: Hausa, Yoruba, And Nigerian Pidgin Make List Of World's Most Spoken Languages by GaskiyaTV: 5:10pm On Feb 22 |
BannedUser: This is not true. If there's only one tribe that likes to identify with their language and culture in Nigeria, It is the Yoruba.
Yorubas like to bear their native names more than any other tribe in Nigeria.
Igbo - English names Hausa - Arabic names I agree with you when it comes to hausa people bearing Arabic names because of Islam. But Yoruba people dont even come close to hausa people in speaking their language. That is the major reason for poor English in most parts of northern Nigeria. And the typical Yoruba person can't go three sentences without including english words. Proudly Hausa |

I consider myself a patriotic Nigerian. But, i dont want Nigeria to go to this world cup. We were drawing at home in the qualifiers. We had a group that included Lesotho and Zimbabwe. If Congo showed more patriotism than us, then let the better team represent Africa. It will also help people with HBP. |
