People should not make this issue a PMB developed curriculum. This very curriculum of merging school subjects was brought in by GEJ. Just try to lay your hands on a copy of d curriculum and you will notice, it was developed under PDP administration and GEJ was part of it. So I don't think giving this discussion a political or religious undertone will only breed unnecessary heat in Nigeria.

But this very curriculum was being developed when Jonathan was in charge. I myself have taught it and the curriculum is even three years old now, more over no child is being asked to attend Islamic studies when he or she is a Christian. How then are we looking for a way to destroy Nigeria for what this government has not put in place. Just get a copy of the curriculum and check the date it was developed. It has been developed under 9-3-4 academic style when the past administration put an end to 6-3-3-4 system of education.
