M.I. did it again!! This is a 5 Star Album indeed. We Nigerians are not very used to this accomplishment. Whether by mistake or on purpose most of the albums we listen to reach different levels of success. The last 5 Star Album i can remember were from the artists Tuface and Timaya. This album will join them to become a classic. M.I. uses different tools, harmony and featured artists in this project. The song that features Timaya "Anybody", is one of the best songs in the album. A slow and groovy beat takes you to Nigeria and the inner workings of the musical industry. Discussing hate that occurs when one reaches a level of success is something successful people can relate to. M.I. proceeds to explain how much he cares about the hate (not at all). Lyrically M.I. achieves the most success in this album. He poetically attracts an audience and commenses to surprise them like a snake bite on the calf. Not that anyone should be surprised that M.I. is lyrically gifted but I believe he is also a convincing poet. His metaphors will have you thinking and pondering the true meaning. Like the lyrics of Jay-Z and Biggie back in the good ol days, M.I. puzzles you with his intelligence. On the song "Wild Wild West", he discusses J-Town (Jos) and all the pain they have endured these past years. Unfortunately as he speaks there was more tragedy reported there and lives lost. He says "With my pencil, i stencil the pain and trauma but best to show the world events full of shame".
