please if one apply for the scholarship while still above 4.0 but after writing the scholarship, the next semester he falls below 4.0, will he get paid if he's shortlisted?

cos my CGPA is currently 4.02, am afraid, I can go below 4.0 at the end of this semester and I want to apply this year...

I am a 2017 awardee from UNN and sent my letter over a month ago on the November the 7th.. This was due to huge delays and lack of communication from the school..

I haven't heard anything from them and am scared I may never be paid again.

Any solution or help like a number to call or something..
