The organisers of the 2017 Lagos International Food and Drinks Festival/Lagos Beer Festival have concluded plans host football fans at the upcoming international event.

Date: April 22nd and 23rd 2017
Venue: National Stadium, Surulere-Lagos

First 500 guests at the gate will enjoy free cold beers and barbecue courtesy of festival sponsors!

Football fans will be treated to multiple state-of-the arts giant LED screens showing the weekend’s live matches. These matches will include the premier league’s Bournemouth Vs Middleborough, Hull Vs Watford, Swansea Vs Stoke and West Ham Vs Everton fixtures on Saturday April 22. Furthermore, the blockbuster FA Cup Semi-final fixture of between Chelsea and Tottenham would similarly be shown

On Sunday April 23 another enthralling encounter between Arsenal and Manchester City as well as live matches involving Burnley Vs Manchester United and between Liverpool Vs Crystal Palace will be beamed live and free to fans..

Other activities earmarked for the entertainment of guest at the festival include live music performances, comedy, games and competitions, sweepstakes and raffles as well as fun for kids and the whole family.

About the Beer Festival

It’s a weekend of diverse, all-inclusive beer adventure plus a weekend to indulge in a lifestyle where your biggest decision will be how to pick which activity to attend.

It all happening from April 22-23 2017, at the National Stadium, Surulere-Lagos. The Beer Festival, Lagos will hold side-by-side with the annual Lagos International Food and Drinks Festival.

Beer fans can expect to experience the largest display ever of beer assortments (over 30 brands!). There will also be a massive abundance of wines and champagnes, distilled spirits, vodka, tequila, rum, whiskey, gin, brandy, absinthe, ouzo and liqueur drinks.

The weekend promises non-stop entertainment including a variety of brewers, food stalls, live music, games, comedy and sweepstakes.

The Festival’s beer guides will take visitors around while they meet the brewers and sample a variety of beers, beer cocktails demonstrations and participate in blind tastings. And as if that’s not enough, there will also be a beer judging competition, beer merchandise for sale, lucky draws, and raffles.

At the festival, soccer fans will not miss out on any action and can watch live premier league actions on Saturday and Sunday on big screens at the Festival!

Festival drinkers are encouraged to book tables of at least four people, and bring friends, family and work colleagues to enjoy barbeque and live music washed down with beer served by smart, pretty ushers.
