Looks like a large percentage of Nigerian are still finding it hard to forgive Wizkid or to trust him again after he openly disappointed them and trashed their hopes by shunning the last Coachella.

Wizkid who had been scheduled to perform alongside Beyonce and other top stars had backed out at the last minute, citing visa issues.

Nigerians have chosen to be pessimistic and sceptical since news broke out that the Starboy would be performing at the opening ceremony of Russia 2018 and the reason is not farfetched.

With tweets and comments, many fans of Wizkid have reacted to the news while opening asking Wizkid if he had sorted his visa issues!
Others out rightly stated that “Wizkid will disappoint again, he will have visa problems” they said.
However, many others have chosen to remain optimistic and hope that Wizkid will pull it through this time!

Big Brother Naija 2017 housemate, T-Boss has been nominated by the Toronto International Nollywood Film Festival barely one year of joining the movie industry.

She was nominated alongside known faces as Adesua Etomi and Beverly Naya. The nominated is for Best Actress in Nollywood. So full of joy, the former housemate wrote;

Nigerian singer, Wizkid, will be among the artistes who will perform at the opening ceremony of the FIFA World Cup tomorrow.



He will be performing alongside with Nicky Jam feat. Will Smith & Era Istrefi, who will be performing the official world cup theme.

The World Cup will kick off with a Russia and Saudi Arabia match on the 14th of June.



This is a big one for Wizkid as the whole world would be watching him.
