They always made it seem like Ike is a Tier1 housemate. We have always known Frodd was Tier3 sef, before he found his way into Tier2.

Ike reigned in the first few weeks, after that the hype died down and only steady viewers could relate to him. Unlike his wife and Tacha that were everywhere.

One thing you've failed to realize is that Nairalanders don't determine who gets saved or not. We're nothing compared to the voters on Twitter, Facebook etc. How many of us are exactly on Nairaland? Try and be realistic please. Our votes here is very very tiny. We vote as much as we can and that's it. We're not money bags. Ike doesnt have enough fans out there as he has on here. If our votes were all Ike needed to survive, he'd have survived.

If the housemate in question doesn’t have a strong fan base in the first place, naming 3 of their fans on nairaland and telling them their favourite got evicted because they don’t is vote as if it’s the only factor is ridiculous.

Some people need to be thankful that all it took for a certain housemate to be popular on this platform was good looks combined with being foreign, otherwise how do you explain garnering such hefty support straight from the stage

You shouldn't have quoted me, no point really other than to tell me what I already know that you're a Mercy fan of which I have no problem with. I'm not a hypocrite because I never liked Mercy from day one. Buhari becoming the next pope is a more believable story than my chances of voting Mercy even on hypnotic drugs, so I never expected her fans to vote Ike.

However, my problem is that you saying Mercy fans voted is akin to lodging a ridiculous supposition that Ike hadn't any fan base. I already disproved this citing the week they were all up with no alliance whatsoever, the downtrodders that were helped topped big guns in the game, some like Frodd almost topped. The percentile difference is a testament to this fact.

While I may not be able to prove to you other fans voted Ike or not, is the same way you can't prove they did. We can only bank on facts, and what we know is that Ike wasn't supposedly "weak" compared to who his fans aided. It reflected on the result. Ike coming out and saying he wants Mercy to win was expected. It was out of adrenaline rush after all Mercy was his girl in the house. Wait till he sees the housemates from the lens of the audience or the viewers perspective.

I have no p with who ever wins but Cindy and Elo got reasonable percentage in theirprevious result, what happened when the 'pity' votes stopped ? Ike was not weak and if truly fans of those his fans helped came through he would have easily topped or at best passed Mike. Simple as A, B, C.....

He concentrated on playing the housemates but not the viewers .

He wasn't up enough times.

I saw one of my friends who is supporting Ike saying she voted with 10k , so Ike is safe , I burst out into laughter .

This is exactly what not being up enough times does to someone .

They won't know the amount of work required or amount of resources needed .

It's especially sad because Ike was a deserving finalist but his fans failed him .

You guys spent 70 percent of your time trolling Mike , fighting team Mercy even poor innocent Frodd was insulted for sharing his dream - all the time you had to sell Ike's talent to the world , you dedicated it to trolling.

Well he's gone now, support his future endeavors .

Maybe, Ike never really had as much fans as we thought. It was just hype (like Teddy A). I like Frodd a lot (let me just admit that I'm team Frodd) and I voted Ike. So did many of my friends and colleagues who support Mercy or Frodd.
