Truer words have never been spoken! While I believe the show is a social experiment to understand human psychology and the behavior patterns of both viewers and players, I feel it has more impact on the viewers outlook and Psyche.

I believe the actual game is being played by the viewers/supporters here….I mean have you seen the way some of us get angry when our favorites goof or do things we don’t like? Have you seen the way some of us even go as far as calling out other viewers just because they don’t support or like our faves? Even some of us turn a blind eye when our faves make mistakes and call other housemates out when they do the same…the hypocrisy stinks!
Some people even forge alliances with other supporters to ensure their favorite housemates are kept in the game. Lol.

To be honest, These housemates are just pawns in this behavioral game theory.

And she should know first hand that situations may change....just like her mum suddenly had financial issues when they lost her dad...having a rich mam as husband is no financial guarantee.....anything can go wrong ....so it should be a pointer to strive to be self sufficient albeit in a decent manner ....

Every individual in life should strive to be self-sufficient.. its lack of wisdom to plan your financial security on that of someone else

This, she’ll learn when the money she feels she needs to chase isn’t solving all the problems/challenges she thought it would.

People make mistakes when they are operating in survival mode. Forgiving oneself and unlearning the unhealthy habits picked up during that period Is key or else, those habits will become self-sabotaging…at the detriment of one’s mental health.

My dad had a massive full-paralysis few years ago

We had to drop from being the richest family in town ,having 6 cars to basically begging for 1000 naira

There are days we slept without eating , but I don't prioritize and constantly chase after money like she's doing here

Well ,everyone grieves differently Sha but she's still sounding greedy to me

We are all wired differently….what motivates you might cripple another, and vice versa.
I agree she needs to change her outlook on life and money though…which might not be possible until she makes enough money, hence realizing that money is just money at the end of the day and not the ultimate problem solver she feels it is.

Now, I understand why doyin is always about the dough…she was really vulnerable with Allyson. I just feel it’s too early in the game to be pouring all that out to somebody you barely know. I also hope she doesn’t get judged for all she spilled, considering how judgmental people can be.
