The issue here is how do I retrieve the old SL I submitted to the embassy during my interview so that my sponsor can process a new SL for me with correct inscription "Study Purpose" .

There was a guy here a month ago, can't remember his name. He was in this same predicament.

Brother thats your AM. All you need to do is either to provide a BA confirmation or SL

That is not an AM, an AM comes in a different format. There is something wrong with the means of sustenance he submitted so they want another one (SL or BA) to further process his application.

LOL, tomorrow will make my wait 2 weeks. I submitted on the 27Th of August. They just have this anyhow way of doing things. Also in Am, some people were asked to Top up to 10300, some were not. Put your mind to rest, you will get it before your travel date.

Nigerians are not patient. The embassy has stated that the processing time for student visa is 4-6 weeks, if you haven't received AM or rejection by then, then you can mail the embassy. Mailing the embassy below the 6 weeks mark, in my opinion, is not necessary and quite frankly, doesn't paint a good image. People need to chill and be patient.

i understand you are being very helpful here to newbies and all and that is why i will ignore your comment about Nigerians and tell you that my application is o the ninth week now.

people have forwarded replies from alien office all this while and had no issues infact their AM dropped

What did you get as response? What I got was that " the processing of the application is completed in Germany, if you have questions about the current status, please contact the embassy"
