I'm still in search of inspiration on what to cook, but before the idea comes a quick check on my basic kitchen utensils:
- Wooden and slotted spoons
- Rubber and metal spatulas
- Ladle
- Whisk
- Sturdy set of tongs
- Rolling pin
- Wine and bottle opener
- Can opener
- Grater, zester, and peeler
- Colander and a fine meshed strainer
- Timer
- Meat thermometer
- Pastry brushes
- Citrus reamer
- Kitchen shears
- Funnel
- Measuring spoons
- Clear measuring cup for liquids and a set of metal measuring cups for solids
- Two cutting boards: one for raw chicken and one for everything else.
- Plastic and wooden cutting boards
- Knives
- What to cook (Not Available)

I'm George, i actually didn't offer Accounting in secondary but to the glory of God i became a Chartered Accountant with ICAN. Currently, i'm just six (6) papers from being a member of ACCA.

to many people out there and to most of us that have drop by to read this post, the term internship is believed to be associated with those in the medical field. Funny enough, it's not so in developed countries. An internship program offers an individual with the right tools to decide a career path and mostly undertaken before the intern graduates from the Institution of Higher Learning. By then the intern either decides to continue with his/her course of study or switches over to something better. The only scheme being employed in Nigeria is the famous Industrial Training-IT.
What is your take on this?

Bro CCNA sales faster than ICAN, but ICAN will definately prepare you for CCNA. There's no professional qualification in Nigeria that is as tough as ICAN except CIS, which i don't understand how they go about setting their exam questions. So CCNA will be a piece of cake to you, once you're thru with the ICAN program. Best of Luck
