I will suspect the producers wanted the contestants to have a strategy and wanted to make sure they implement whatever strategy they promised. For examle, Rooboy what's to bring high energy and loudness, it may be its personality but if your boss tells you they will be watching how you implement your high energy and loud personality, the contestatnt may just increase it to another level.
