Abati said that the case of drug money forfeiture had been settled by the court but Rufai countered him saying that the court only said that documents relating to the issue were not presented to the court within the stipulated timeframe, so it doesn't mean that the issue of forfeiture has been settled.
Ojy and Rufai then asked Abati whether or not the issue can still be brought up in court but Abati was speechless and ashamed of himself.
