well. Youwin 1 is the first project attempt on youwin, by now they should have step up in the administrative proccedure. Youwin 3 is a lttle bit different, considering the timeline is over a year now, with introduction of interview, because they spend three month waiting for first tranche in youwin 1 does not mean that our own must tarry to that extent. All the same , this week is not gone yet.

@ jimmferson. My one legal agreement does not have milestone also.Think for now no milestone has been given, even as our stage two plan has mile stone. But they cant follow it cause they av slightly riase our first tranche to 20% instead of 10%. So i belive youwin will communicate a new milestone to us in due time. Lets watch out.

honestly. To be reliastic, it is easier said than done. As much as we must be pudent in spending. Youwin does not expect all business to start with first tranche. First tranche. Is fo office , accrditation,and remaining one for machine u can afford. It all depend on your milestone. Here is the question, your mile is it that one in your plan, or they will send us their own expected mile stone after release of first tranche. It think youwin will send us their expexted milestone to be reached with first tranche. i said this because many of us got slightly higher than the mile stone we projectd in stage two plan. I dont know if i av a witness to this. I mean in our appendix attached to d legal agreement. I even sense their are many apendix that is not ready as at that day of legal signing. Finger cross. Let payment begin as fast as possible

creating an account number is very posible without seen particular. Numbers can be generated. I experience it during my nysc. fildelity banks come with a ready numbers to camp. Those number are written in a tag, or small flyer And as you come you choose a number.,fill your name to it. As a matter of fact their is a no big deal in it. each bank have a ready made set of numbers for different accounts type before now. They have up to a certain number but because of variation in banks policy they dont issue it out without proper registration. Now couple with instruction and youwin partnership it will be done at very fast speed

But as per the person advertising data plan. It s very posible.
It is called mtn data share. Selling data is not a scam. Its a legitimate business.
You can buy data in bulk a, less 50 gig. Its not costly so they can sell it in retail and units. mtn data share is real. call mtn customet for sake.
And since most of us need our email to keep in touch with youwin. So we shud nt conclude that they are scammers.
But honestly i v been following this thread for a while. I was not able to comment for long time. But people like Denn, omaobe, coolkizzy , stagger, bamistol, chkwuka, blink8. and others are wonderful.i am also of opinion that sound minded personality are here, but we shud not conclude people who advertise data share as scammers.
