So yes, there's a type of jealousy needed for/in every relationship and if a boyfriend has such then he is faithful... But when this jealousy becomes toxic and choking, less accomodationg and paranoid, then it's just an expression of the boyfriend's insecurity, this type of jealousy has nothing to do with being faithful.
