1. No any formal document to show that FBN has engaged you to that effect.
2. You lack the necessary knowledge needed to run a successful business.
3. You are running your business based on sentiments and emotion - now see the result.

Rightly said... I have gone through all his post and it all smelt of sentiments and deep emotions (understandably so)... But he has to put that aside if he really want to get this all sorted fast.

1. Stop screaming about how small you are, this is not really helping much, but only making this whole thing look pathetic.

2. What's with you and FBN losing and you winning... They have the financial capacity to lose and you don't, so I don't see what's you deal with them losing... This company don't give a sh*t about others losing, they won't even blink an eye when they want to collect your collateral for defaulting on loans, and you are saying you don't want them to lose, what's that.

3. The one and most important question everyone has been asking, to which you seem to not have answer to (which will determine if you have a good case or just left with begging them to pay) is, do you have a signed agreement or sign proposal or signed whatever?
