Yaba office is more of administration and less of technical assistance....ogba is the best you should have gone to....but since you are on your way to the yaba office...if you don't get fast assistance...try speak to any of those women u find outside wey dey always do typing and stuff...dem dey Sabi person wey fit help

Go to Waec office at Ogba . They will collect 15k it's a coded stuff if you like go there and be shouting someone on NL said it's done here now.

Nope, it won't be free. Head over to Waec Office, make sure you meet one of the staff and tell him/her what you want.

I applied First week of October, got my conditional offer last Friday. Don't wait for mail, just login and check through the school portal.

Regarding this, I was told by my school agent that the school doesn't accept affidavit as suggested here on Nairaland, so he told me I should head to waec office with letter from them attesting the dob error on my waec certificate. Pls who has experienced this letter issue before from waec, If I go tomorrow morning will they attend to me and will it be free? Pls I need your response thanks.

Go to the court and swear an affidavit stating clearly the WAEC and International passport DOB discrepancy. Additionally, ask any lawyer you know for Notary office and also get Notary affidavit clearly signed and sealed, stating the discrepancy and then aligning and stating the correct one. Scan and send to the school and you are covered. Remember to attach both letters during your visa application. Goodluck

so using an affidavit means, no need to write any letter again regarding the waec error or what?

Even the digital certificate platform has lots of issues.

The council no longer corrects Date of birth errors..you will need to get an affidavit.

If you can find the waec press release about their stand on date of birth errors..attach it as well and mail it to your school with the affidavit and birth cert. That should work.

My own certificate error is gender related..the matter just tire me

The number is not mine... Its the company that does affidavit. I did mine with him when i had similar request. And he did it virtually for me.
