When it comes to house structures I give it to Imo state especially Nkwerre, Isu, Mbaitolu, Orlu, nwangele and whole lots of others. I don't want to add Owerri municipal and Owerri north, because that's the capitals of the state. The only local government I am not feeling in this imo when it comes to sophisticated buildings are Obowo and ngor akpala. Sadly, with all these beautiful buildings, there's no good road. Hope Uzodimma is a failure. All in all I love what I was seeing in these local governments when I visited Imo state last 5 years.
