There were 48 aircrew who attempted 298 escapes using a variety of 24 escape routes and 9 different types of escape hatches. Overall results, while superficially indicating that the task was easy, in fact revealed many unforeseen problems. Specifically, there was no standardization of hatches and levers, there were problems with location and operation of levers principally due to poor design, and an ergonomics study has not been conducted to investigate the problem. how many times have you been in a helicopter crash or naval incident, what ever the fuselage all hardware and aircrafts have the naval and maritime versions, using a helicopter thats safer and more modified for naval operations 8s very important, you cannot slide the doors open under water so the marine versions of such choppers or Hvac needs to be on point as every second counts or the fuselage would pull the survivors to the dept , egrees should be swift and automatic, so Mr expert what variant and training did such a company use where not 1 out of 5 survived , think again
