Don't lay emphasis on the condoms but rather on the sex. If he must have sex let him use condoms to at least prevent unwanted pregnancy and STD's. In fact, you should even encourage him to use condoms since he has started enjoying adult food.

Moving the apps to the SD card doesn't stop this from happening.
If a phone is lagging it means too many apps are running.
You can force close running apps or uninstall redundant apps (I.e apps that perform the same function)
