Sports / Re: African Teams With The Highest AFCON Medals In History by godwon01(m): 12:42am On Feb 06
Nigeria is a dominant force in Africa soccer. Winning 15 medals in AFCON competition is not a fluke. See how the Guinean team were jubilating because they had passed beyond round of sixteen.

I don't think Tinubu knows about any campaigned from this empty skull man. A lot of people were coursing him right from the day he embarrassed himself at the beach .People had thought he was having mental problem. That was the last things they expect him to do at that time. A lot of people has forgotten his madness because of what they are passing through at the moment. People are looking for a way out from the economic quarqmaire.

Objectivist04:
Who noticed that in the quarter final, former champions were paired with none former champions and former champions successfully eliminated none former champions without exception.

Among the none former champions that were eliminated in the quarter finals, none has ever made it to the semis except Mali .

Among the former champions, only Nigeria has won more than once (three times)

What it means is that by 11th of February 2024 one of these former champions will increase her winning tally
What an intelligent observations. How did you come with these theory. You are a star.

With the exit of Emilio Nsue of Equatorial Guinea, Gelson Dala of Angola, and Mostafa Mohamed of Egypt, Ademola Lookman is the only remaining player capable of scoring 3 more goals to win the Golden Boot of this tournament. May the ambition of Lookman to win the Golden Boot, help Nigeria to lift the trophy.
Lookman is not having any ambition, he is just playing his game. Fortunate to be at the right place and at the right time.

Many of their players are Portuguese. Same for Angola…
Those teams from Portuguese colonies are always difficult to beat by any other African countries. They play one unexplained funny kind of football.

The goal scorer did not celebrate because he was born in ivory coast. What a huge respect he shows to his birth place. I respect him.

The boys were also determined to play in order to promote their carriers and to make history for themselves. For some of them , they may not have the opportunity to play in AFCON again.

Class act from the Palenca Neggras of Angola...

This is what the North Africans side, especially Morocco should emulate, not trying to be a radical nuisance anytime they lose. (Inclusive of their club sides)
The North Africa countries don't see Africa people from sub Sahara regions as someone with intelligent. Because ,Black Africa cross their territories to cross over to the Europe and as a result of that , they see us as nonetity. You could see how they behave arrogantly on the field of play with our boys. The era of beating us both home and away is over now.

Unfortunately, the final will be between South Africa and DRC.

So, you should pray that Cape Verde wins South Africa.

You don't sound like human beings. Opposite people. If you go around Lagos now, people are jubilating all over Lagos . You don't have joy. Why are you not happy for God sake. If you are not happy with the government, it is every body pain. We need to share joy for a moment ok.

South Africa that Cape Verde has already beaten twice. Come Saturday SA are going home.
Football is not static bro, if someone has defeated you before does not mean that you will continue to be defeated by the person. You don't have life experience. Anything can happen in life. If you fail an exam , does it mean you can not pass the same exam again when you make second attempt.
