For those that started receiving their salary in Feb and arrears in June, their arrears have finished in June. In case you're finding it difficult understanding; Remember they started counting the arrears from Oct 2013, and ur payment started Feb 2014 making it 4months arrears. U started receiving in June, next was Oct, then Feb and finally June. That has completed it. Hope it's clear.

We shouldn't be carried away with the additional 11k. The government knows what they are doing. It might be an indirect way of paying our arrears. This is my second time of getting my arrears and this 11k . Fiafiad can help us contact someone that knows something about it. I doubt if it has to do with any form of allowance because, not all PPSB receives it. Eg. UBA has not got any.

On the other hand, I just got a call that we are to write a letter of confirmation, signed and stamped by our prncipals and submit to the board. Begining from monday.

What i mean is that, times the number of thousands u earn as @ last month by 3. Example- u earn 200000. 200 times 3 equal to #600 as bank charges. + VAT + TAX.

Rivers pays N712m for stranded students abroad JULY 28, 2015 : CHUKWUDI AKASIKE, PORT HARCOURT 2 Comments Rivers State Governor, Chief Nyesom Wike, on Tuesday, ordered the immediate payment of N512m to offset the debts owed by final year students of the state on overseas scholarship. The state government had paid an initial N200m, being the sum the students were to pay earlier for their studies, bringing the amount to N712m.
