jayon: How much last.... where in isoloCALL ME SIR STILL AVAILABLE COME FOR INSPECTION |
Stayne: I tried both numbers u posted above. First one is switched off while the second one is saying d number does not exist. I tried to call you in respect to being an Agent in Ogun State. Thanks.this is not what we can discuss on phone or on nairaland.you need to come down to lagos. my two numbers are valid and active, if it is switched off its only for a while so you should av sent a sms. am not going to discuss details of becoming an agent on nairaland so call me sir. thank you |
@STELLAUSIH the fact that people are already operating a biz u desire is not enough reason not to start that biz. its only a challenge for u to do better. look at the sky, there is enough space for all birds to fly so all u need to do is brand yourself and work on excellent customer service. av got lots of biz ideas I can give u but your shop location may not be suitable for it. see my sister to make money you've got to be a risk taker because from the tone of your post, you're being sensitive & extremely careful not to start sometn that will fail. actually there is nothing like failure except u give up because success grows out of failure. mark my words today & u can quote me. anyone that tells u he/she has not lost money b4 is a big liar except that person has not done any form of biz b4. as an entrepreneur u av to be persistent because success & risk are interwoven; the amount of risk u are willing to take in life is what determines the level of success u are willing to taste so START NOW & DONT PROCRASTINATE |
goldendiamond: Am so sorry for the late response. Av been so busy shutling benin, akure, lagos and ilorin. Currently working on a business project so don't av time for nairaland everytime. My sister I understand your plight and am going to give it to you straight. I always tell my business partners that women are so lucky because men must provide for them(even if the woman is bouyant) so thank God for your husband for the two shops. However the success of the business you will operate is your responsibility now because your husband has played his own part. You said you've not done any business before. Do you mean you've been a housewife all along or you've been an employee before. I need an answer to this question before I continue...ok good you had a biz b4 and stopd because of relocatn. though I dont know the nature of your former biz but why dont you continue with it. you said you want to sell daily needs but there are people in your new location already doing that... |

goldendiamond: I explained to her why a service driven business is more profitable than selling products. she obeyed and I later enrolled her for training under an experienced make up artist. today she makes average of 80k monthly - a young girl with just OND certificate. thats the power of training and seeking for wisdom. |
goldendiamond: I started this thread because I often see people on nairaland complain about lack of capital.this is not a copy and paste thing,as my followers already know(before the data loss) u are learning from someone with practical experience. at one point in my life av been involved with all the businesses stated except dog handler, makeup artistry and mc/comedian because am not cut out for it. am presently working on biography publishing & the income potential is huge. these 20 businesses are better than agriculture, livestock & small scale manufacturing businesses u are familiar with. those types does not guarantee instant income & requires good packaging because u're competing with established brands with strong publicity & high market share. one of my students once approached me for assistance to start "liquid soap making". I advised her with many reasons to forget it & do something better that will give her instant income. she felt discouraged then later she came back so I told her to become a "make up artist".... |
