You will firstly choose any available date and on the appointment page, you will see emergency appointment and the list of eligibles for the emergency appointment

Hello everyone.
Please help.
I booked an appointment for my dad for November 15 but he was turned back on getting there saying his appointment has been rescheduled till 2026.
There was no email sent about this and I was not even able to log in to check at the time but we had the appointment letter for November printed.

I have finally been able to log in now but I keep getting this error message when I try to reschedule the appointment. Please is anyone else facing this and how can I get passed the error message below please

Yea, dates for F1 and B1/B2 are different on the new portal. F1 gets dates for November at Lagos and Feb for Abuja while for B1/B2 gets May for Lagos and February for Abuja for now

But i guess this may probably be because of the category of visa (F1) i applied for.

You'd better choose any date or else you have no schedule date presently so far you have cancelled the one you have with the hope of getting earlier date.

If I click on the reschedule button and it opens up the calendar, however there are no earlier dates, would i have lost my original appointment date? Kindly educate me. Cos I wont want to loose my date if there are no earlier dates. Thank you so much.

I think it's AVITS network that has been bad since Monday... Keep trying okay you will surely get a date

I think after selecting date it will bring you different times may be 8am 9am etc and you will choose anyone of your choice. If you are using a mini laptop,try to reduce your page setup from 100% to 80%.... I think you will be able to finalize your scheduling.
