This isn't the first time you are sending payment for bitcoin sold to you. Each time I acknowledge receipt of fund. In this case and till date, the money is no where in my account.
Here is a customer service session of your business and am airing my troubles with service delivery, is anything wrong with that?
Fine, you called me to tell me that you called gtconnect and they told you the money was credited to my account. But 5 days after the transaction, that money isn't in recipient account.
If you were to pick goods from my store and payment to me was not delivered won't you be at the bank next day, or you will come and pick the goods in my store and ask me to start chasing my bank to credit me. Am saying this because you told me on phone that I better go and meet my bank. So the responsibility now lies on my to pursue payment? OK. Tomorrow I will go to the bank and obtain SOA.
A lesson learnt the hard way.
