Step 2: Use brow pencil to draw a defined line underneath your brow. Do the same for the top of your brow. Pick up some brow powder or brow pencil to fill it, the beginning of brow shouldn't be filled because it will make it look harsh.

Tools needed are Razor or tweezer and mascara wand
