There is a Chinese Company in Nigeria. I notified this company about Telecommunications opportunities in Nigeria in early 2002 before the company came to Nigeria but the company is making a lot of money in Nigeria without contacting me or sending my own share. This is how it happened: I wrote to our embassy in China to send to me the names of Telecommunications companies in China that I could woo to Nigeria and the company's name was one of the companies sent to me. I then sent to the company a registered letter and follow-up email to notify the company about Telecommunications opportunities in Nigeria. About five months after my notification, I got to know through the mass media that the company has shown interest to invest in Telecommunications sector in Nigeria. But I know they are making use of the opportunities to make a lot of money in Nigeria since without contacting me or sending my own share. Please note that I contacted the company through my company not as an individual. I still have the copies of the letter and follow-up email I sent to the company in March, 2002. I also still have the copy of the letter sent to our embassy in China in January, 2002 to get their contacts and letter sent to me from Nigerian embassy in China where the name of the company was among the names of the companies sent to me.
