Engr. Dave Umahi has proven to be the best performing governor in the SE and SS geo-political zone. Last week he ordered the payment of additional one month salary to his workers(making it a total of 13 months). This week he also orderd a bag of rich should be given to all workers which was done. My elder brother just got his and i decided to share it with nairaland. Below are the pictures
