pls go through thread very well, shipping fee of tablets and laptops are often higher than smaller items because of the size and shape. and the $46 includes shipping and service charge, which had already covers all other fees like custom duty and the likes, u just pick up your item without any more payment besides the $46.
The shipping fee is determined by the shippers and not us. considerations can be on the service charge if you are interested in the item.
