This course will show you strategies from the starting point, and offers in-depth knowledge and tips that are real, authentic video creation scenarios. Also, our quizzes and discussions will help you measure your understanding and practice your video creation skills.

WHO DEVELOPED THE COURSE?

Thomas Richman has spent the last 9 years teaching, both in schools and online. He completed a Master of Education at Harvard in 2017 and is the co-founder of dot Learn, an education technology company focused on increasing global access to educational content online. He is the creator of a Romanian language educational YouTube channel with over a million views, and he co-created a Swahili language YouTube channel that has also received over one million views. He has trained educators from around the world to create locally-relevant online educational content.

Oluwakemi Odusanya started making educational videos from a tiny room with his desktop computer in 2006 and has created over 2,000 videos since then. He has worked with Thomas Richman to train teachers who literally had no experience of video-based teaching to creating over 5,000 videos within a short period of time. He is currently working with other world-class educators to make video-based learning available to more students in Nigeria, Ghana, Africa, and beyond.
