Enugu state is taxing everything and anything that breath.
If you buy something, you must pay tax before drivers can transport it.
When you buy cement, you pay between N2000 to N5000 depending on the number of bags before you can negotiate transport with the driver.
If you buy wood, you pay N5k and also get Tax by the forestry department about N10k.
You buy chippings, you pay N5K per trip.
You buy sand, you pay N2k per trip.
