Nope nobody touched that building ask around, if there's any bitter person it should be ihedioha that demolished freedom fall and akachi towers, even removal of railings that's still unaccounted till date.

In honesty, our people have not really understood the importance of a clean environment they will clog the drainage with all manner of rubbish, and rain season floods will destroy the road, Is it not penny wise pound foolish?
