pat077:
but the problem is getting competent technicians to fix it, especially for people far away from lagos since the likes of LG and Samsung won't want to fix it because its not made for Africa brand.

pat077:
if someone get the one for the western market and it later develops fault, can one easily get it fixed here? Like if one get the foreign LG can one take it to LG office for repair?

To another deal pulled through.
You're quite an example for others to emulate. Honest, empathetic, and trustworthy.

This guy is the best I have ever experienced.

I referred my brother in Jos to him, according to him the TV is exactly as described and will pass as brand new.

Thanks Graceglory.

He's legit.

Asiseeit:
Hello graceglory.

So there was a power surge in my area. Voltage went high, led bulbs and chargers blew up, and sadly my TV wasn't plugged to the surge protector.

TV hasn't come up since then, and I can only imagine something has burnt inside. Please any idea what's bad in it? I want to know so the repairer won't run me street.

N. B : I definitely plan on taking it to a repairer, but I'm worried about these repairers. I still have a TV with one since October last year over a small issue (TV bavklight goes off and on at intervals) that he made worse and he's dared me to do my worse - all these after getting paid. I am barely home during the daytime so I haven't had time to go deal with him.

Any idea what could be causing the backlight going off and on at intervals too?

Thanks

I think it's better you get the true European hisense, I think graceglory can provide that.

I got a brand new tear rubber 65" hisense smart but it's clearly fake one, or to put it mildly, Nigerian Hisense. No thanks to Fouani. Three years down the line, I'm already battling with like 6 horizontal lines across the screen. Sadly, it has passed warranty period before the problem came up. I can't even find anyone willing to buy it off of me. At least I for add small money buy a replacement from Grace glory. I guess I will just keep using it until I can give it out as well.

I used a brand new 32" LG LCD for close to 12 years before I gave it out 4 years ago. The beneficiary is still rocking it like mad as at today, zero issues. At least na for 9ja I buy that one too.

I'm just mad at this Hisense TV from Fouani.

NB: I'm not bashing the Fouani brand here, please don't get me wrong. A friend and I both picked that TV same time but his own is still without issues. Although I'm suspecting either factory issue or dust may be implicated in the issues with mine, and the latter can be taken care of. But I have long ago lost interest in the TV and not ready to go through that stress.

I just feel I could have gotten better spec'ed TV with the same money if I had bought from Graceglory when I picked the hisense.
