Why Rate Cuts Boost Crypto

1. Lower borrowing costs: Cheaper money flows into risk assets like crypto, increasing demand.

2. Weakens USD: Makes Bitcoin/altcoins more attractive as hedges.

Meanwhile, history has it that, Post-Fed cuts, BTC averages ~80% gains in 3-6 months (for instance, the 2023 cut sparked 150% rally).

As of now due to the recent rate cut of Sept 17th, the 25bps cut fueled ETF inflows of over $1B, pushing BTC to $118K, while targeting $140K+ thereabout.

Plus, I'm certain your portfolio is reflecting some of the impact already. The good news is that, market traders are now pricing in two to three more cuts for the remainder of 2025 and into 2026, based on Powell's dovish tone. Because, the Fed Chair's tone even has more impact than the rate cut itself.

Buy now or wait for a dip? It's already low, and with broader market momentum, it could rebound on ecosystem upgrades like governance or more chain integrations. But if you're patient, watch for a drop to $0.04-0.05 support levels, but i can't promise you that.

Dollar-cost averaging (DCA) into it over the next few weeks, so you won't regret in case you don't get the $0.04-0.05 entry.

150K-1,000,000 or 900K is possible if it hit my $0.95-$2 target.

Any idea when QE will start?

QE (Quantitative Easing), would only restart if there's a sharp or sudden economic downturn, or financial market stress, or some economic pressures that require aggressive stimulus beyond interest rate cuts. It can only be triggered by a US recession.

Aside them, the crows having physiological limits, we the eagles are built for soaring at high altitudes (up to 10,000–15,000 feet) with powerful wings and efficient oxygen use. Crows, smaller and less adapted for sustained high altitude flight, get tired quickly and can't match the eagle’s speed and lift in steep climbs.

So, we eagles don’t fall because we're evolved for high altitude dominance, while the crows can’t sustain the chase.

Good question!

The Fed's September 2024 rate cut (50 bps) boosted Bitcoin (+15%) but had minimal altcoin impact due to high Bitcoin dominance. Now, with a likely 25 bps cut by September 17–18, 2025, alts could rally due to:

1. Rising global liquidity
2. Growing altcoin ETF inflows and institutional access.
3. Altseason signals (index at 76/100, BTC dominance down to about 57.4%). You'll be able to confirm this if you have been following the index on coinmarketcap.com, and
4. The expectations of Dovish Fed and weaker USD favoring crypto.

Yes! The Fed will cut rates by 25 basis points next week. After all, the US had some job growth and the inflation is cooling, So, crypto will be impacted, though we need to be cautious as this at first may encourage a sell the news reaction. So, take small profits to buy the dip in case.
