When serving in Ikot Akpabio Etinan it was so strenous going to Uyo for Atm withdrawals from 2012 till now no change. Nawa

Akwa Ibom my Akwa Ibom! Served there in 2007/2008. A very nice and sweet state. But why are ATM machines not yet spread since then? Back then we had to take bike to Uyo to make withdrawals if we can't get in Abak part of what made our savings low as we were only paid 9500. I Believe by now there should have been progress.
