We are a growing security systems installation and services company with projects around Lagos. We are looking for an experienced administrative assistance that will help us to move the business forward.
Duties and responsibilities include;

• Set up and organize various databases on excel spreadsheet
• Organize technicians on various sites
• Send and receive email
• Plan and organize meetings, events and appointments.
• Attend clients sites for meetings when required
• Receiving and handling incoming calls
• Assists in preparation of various operational reports
• May prepare necessary payments and reconcile accounts.
• Operate CCTV (training will be provided)
• Other additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements
• Hard working individual
• Good written and spoken English language is essential
• Ability to work under pressure and changing work schedules
• Ability to learn and take on instructions quickly.

This course is designed for individuals who want to learn how to install CCTV systems for the purpose of getting employment as a CCTV installer.
