Seaport don't belong to states in Nigerian architecture, It's revenue and ownership is for federal govt, which generates income for the whole country & same shared as FAAC to states monthly. Shut up & think before you support a daft questioner like Rufai. You don't request a cost per kilometre in such manner. They are so many factors to consider before it looks outrageous to a novice or lay men such as you & so called rufai. N.B. I am not against the point that they are some corrupt officials. But in this case, questions are asked more professionally, not like a dunce would without being more analytical & constructive. You would have seen a big difference in smartness, if Dr Ruben Abati asked the same question. He is still more grounded & earned to ask such technical questions. Unlike rufai who talks like a drop out forcing himself to be relevant at every slight opportunity. Not a way to go!
