But if you win that primary election then you became a candidate of which your name will be forwarded to INEC and Form EC9 Will be given to you to sign. That is where Shettima had problems now.

And he went to law school but immediately he finished law school his name came out as Enugu state treasurer, of which he took the post without going back to nysc. But remember that he suspended his nysc program. That mean he did not complete his nysc. So do to his numerous post and wealth of course he did not go back but to approach someone within nysc who assured him that he will be given original certificate but at the end it turned out to be fake. End of the story.
