My good people, Thought I should ask for experience or knowledge of good masters in business admin or management programs before I enter google. "The applicant's plan of studies appears vague and poorly documented given applicant's last level of studies obtained in the field and applicant's employment experience, purpose does not appear reasonable." Definitely a masters cos of my refusal based on purpose of visit; progression and experience-related Need to rerun this level with proper care and guidance this time. |
ToryWoods:Owning a Canadian bank account surely counts if you have got the means but proof of financial support can be ascertained here in naija without stress. Be informed...open your eyes wide...listen to the voice of elite members |

Teemenzo:@Teemenzo Thanks for your response Yes the similarity in refusal grounds was obvious. I worked on the reasons from the second application's gcms with a LOE but the VO questioned the purpose of visit. 'Purpose of visit' was the only refusal reason for the third application. A senior person thinks I should go for a masters in probably ba cos of my experience as a manager/supervisor in a small-scale food processing enterprise since 2016. I have been getting admitted to health and safety programs (PG certificate for the third one) which is closely related to my bsc. VO from second application: "The applicant's plan of studies appears vague and poorly documented given applicant's last level of studies obtained in the field and applicant's employment experience, purpose does not appear reasonable" Could it be the study gap? graduated 2014. Career progression? Relationship with my experience? Or pure oversabi VO? |
Teemenzo:Thanks for your response That GCMS was for the second application and I worked on the reasons stated with a LOE. I think this VO got past the home ties and employment iss and left with the 'purpose of visit' in the third application. |

Hi guys help and advice needed First application submitted: March 4 2020 Refused: May 15 2020 Refusal grounds: Family ties in Canada and in country of residence; current employment situation; purpose of visit Institution: Concordia University of Edmonton Program: Degree - Environmental Health (After Degree) Second application: August 5 2020 Refused: October 2 2020 Refusal grounds: Family ties in Canada and in country of residence; current employment situation; purpose of visit Upgraded LOE Institution: Concordia University of Edmonton Program: Degree - Environmental Health (After Degree) GCMS: I have reviewed the application. Given family ties or economic motives to remain in Canada, the applicant's incentives to remain in Canada may outweigh their ties to their home country. The applicant's plan of studies appears vague and poorly documented given applicant's last level of studies obtained in the field and applicant's employment experience, purpose does not appear reasonable. According to the applicant's current or future employment prospects, I have accorded less weight to their employment ties to their country of residence. Weighing the factors in this application. I am not satisfied that the applicant will depart Canada at the end of the period authorized for their stay. For the reasons above, I have refused this application. Third application: June 2021 2nd refusal: March 08 2021 Reason: Purpose of visit Program: Occupational health, safety and wellness Credential: Ontario College Graduate Certificate (Post-Graduate) Institution: Conestoga college Tuition deposit: paid GCMS note in process BSc: Environmental Mgt Grade: 2.1 Sponsor: Parent Occupation: Manger/supervisor Funds available Upfront medicals Thanks sabi people @Teemenzo @makano @Time2soar1 @Davidbanky |
