Tertiary education is contestable, but they are still among the top two regions. I served there and the level of intentionality in education, even in public schools, is almost flawless.

Whenever my children finish their primary education in Benin City, they are going to have a fair share of secondary education in Enugu, Anambra, Abia or Ebonyi.
