But u shld bear in mind dat a high score is never a guarantee for admission, atleast not when a federal school is involved. Abuklaw: computer is a "garbage In, garbage Out" machine. Hence, doesn't make mistake because it gives you what you give it back through input and output.

Thus, it is human error not computer's. They should rather accept their mistake and tender public apology instead of shifting blame.
