Monster Hunter XX Is Coming To The Nintendo Switch

Bohemia Interactive pushed out the 0.62 update to its open-world survival zombie game. It reworks foliage and adds new ambient sounds, among other things. The idea is the the update helps make DayZ a more modern- looking and sounding game.

Here's what's new, as posted to the DayZ dev

New tree models

Denser forests

New clutter (grass, small plants)

New surface textures - plains and such

Improved wind behaviour

New shader for the wind, affecting trees and grass

Tweaked and changed lighting for the world

Small improvements to satellite textures

Rain affected by wind and refinement of its behaviour in
general

Many reworked locations on Chernarus

Reworked ghillie (to be consistent with new tech)

Small bugfixes to some issues from 0.61

Competitive survival game The Culling is coming to Xbox One, Microsoft has announced.
The still in development game will be available on the Xbox One Game Preview Programme on 2nd June. Outside of Xbox One, The Culling is on Steam Early Access, where it's been available since early March.

The Darkness 2 and Warframe developer Digital Extremes has announced a new free-to-play first-person-shooter called Keystone.

Crackdown 3 Confirmed as an Xbox Play Anywhere Title

Get Even, the first-person shooter coming from The Farm 51,has been delayed until June 23, the developer announced today.

The game was originally scheduled to launch on Thursday,
May 25. In a statement, the studio confirmed the delay,
saying that the attack at a concert in Manchester yesterday
was the motive for the decision.

"Given recent events and out of respect we have decided to
postpone the commercial release of Get Even," the
developer stated. "We would like to express our deepest
condolences to everyone concerned."

Get Even is a narrative-focused thriller with a heavy
emphasis on plot twists and psychological horror. It's
coming for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

When they said western, my mind went to the average Joe definition of the wild western civilizations as best depicted by red dead redemption and 6 guns videogames. Centred in either, texas, alabama, arizona, california, wisconsin and New mexico. These areas have western societies riddled with a lot of gunslinging, horse-riding and searchs for water.

The western civilization that montana provides as depicted by d video, is focused on deer-hunting, bear snaring, mountain climbing and the ominous presence that the societies have to save food for winter and always go to church.

The western of Texas would have been more fun and relatable, than this thing dey are about to shove out! ey don't even have the red neck accent that is particular for cow-boys or westerns.

Take-Two’s fourth quarter report has set fans ablaze with
excitement thanks to one comment. Within the report the
company promises “a highly anticipated new title from one
of 2K’s biggest franchises” in 2018. This, of course, has made
for tons of speculation with most thinking that it is an
announcement of Borderlands 3.

It fits all the criteria of being a highly anticipated new title
from Take-Two and 2K Games. The Borderlands series is
definitely one of their biggest franchises, and it’s due for a
new game. The developer, Gearbox, tried to move away
from Borderlands with the release of Battleborn. This failed
on a number of levels though, so fans have just been waiting patiently for their epic return.

June's Xbox Live Games with Gold offering includes the
original Watch Dogs, Assassin's Creed 3 and Dragon Age:
Origins. Xbox One indie game Speedrunners are also free, along witha pack of Phantom Dust DLC.

Speedrunners is free from 1st - 30th June, while the first
Watch Dogs is free from 16th June until 15th July.
Xbox 360 hit Assassin's Creed 3 is free from 1st - 15th June,
followed by Dragon Age: Origins from 16th - 30th.As usual, both Xbox 360 games available in Games with Gold
are backwards compatible.

Starting on June 9, when you spend $100 on the PSN you'll
get $15 back in PSN credit. The promotion is good through

Battlefield 1 publisher EA has announced the game's first female multiplayer character, to be added via upcoming expansion In The Name of the Tsar.
Battlefield's global community manager Dan Mitre shared our first look at the fighter on Twitter last night. The unnamed soldier will be part of the 1st Russian Women's Battalion of Death.
The all-female squad was formed in real life in 1917, and was one of several such battalions from Russia to be involved in the war.

Alongside a bevy of sales figures and one high profile delay, Take Two Interactive also revealed that they’re not quite ready to give up on the WWE series just yet. In fact, WWE 2K18 will arrive this fall, according to the financial report from the company.
It’s not that the WWE 2K series is selling bad. The latest iteration WWE 2K17 sold approximately 3 million copies. In the product release schedule for fall 2017, WWE 2K18 is listed for what seems like its regularly scheduled arrival. With NBA 2K18 slated for September 19th, the 2K wrestling game will arrive on a date that’s yet to be revealed but sometime in the fall.

Empire… One of the big differentiators for Battlefront is that
most of the time you’ll be playing as a trooper or pilot, but
there are these moments where you get to become one of
the iconic heroes of Star Wars.”

Electronic Arts is throwing a lot of development talent at the
sequel. Criterion is handling space battles. DICE is working
on multiplayer, while EA Motive is handling the campaign.
One of the major complaints about the reboot of Star Wars:
Battlefront was in a lack of content for the game.

It does not sound like this is going to be the same situation
when the Star Wars Battlefront 2 launches later this year.
The game is slated for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on
November 17th.
