Sony Interactive Entertainment Japan Asia announced the PlayStation Awards 2019 will take place on December 3 in Tokyo, Japan.
Here is the list of award categories:
Platinum Prize: Software titles (DL) with an accumulated shipment quantity (including download quantity) of over one million copies.
Gold Prize: Software titles (DL) with an accumulated shipment quantity (including download quantity) of over 500,000 copies.
PlayStation Network Award: Top three network sales titles will be awarded (from October 1, 2018 to September 30, 2019).
PlayStation 25th Anniversary Users’ Choice Award: Top five titles which have won PlayStation Awards in the last 24 years will be voted by Japan and Asia users.
PlayStation VR Award: Three titles that contributed to the sales of PlayStation VR (from October 1, 2018 to September 30, 2019). *Excluding last year’s winning titles.
Indies & Developer Award: Three titles that contributed to the expansion of PlayStation (from October 1, 2018 to September 30, 2019). *Excluding last year’s winning titles.

Sony Interactive Entertainment’s Network division’s Yasuhiro Osaki in an interview with Famitsu revealed Sony's
streaming service, the PlayStation Now, will be available on
the PlayStation 5.

Osaki added there will be more popular games added to
PlayStation Now on a monthly basis, however, the number
of time-limited games will also go up.

Square Enix announced Shadow of the Tomb Raider:
Definitive Edition will launch for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One
and Windows PC on November 5. A Stadia release is also
planned.

Capcom announced that the Resident Evil franchise has surpassed a combined 91 million units sold lifetime as of March 31, 2019.

The publisher also announced the Street Fighter series has
sold over a combined 42 million units lifetime as of March
31, 2019. The Monster Hunter franchise has also sold 54
million units lifetime and Mega Man has sold a combined 35. million units.

In the current generation Capcom's best-selling games are
Monster Hunter: World with 4.5 million units sold, Resident
Evil 2 remake with 4.2 million units sold, and Devil May Cry
5 with 2.1 million units sold.
