Oga, there's a paragraph in the agreement that talks about Providing/funding healthcare services and gender inclusion.
It is a blanket statement that welcomes cosmetic surgeries, gender transformation surgeries et al...and gender inclusion from the EU perspective also includes all the binaries of gender identity.

If you take their money, you must accept their terms.
They didn't come to you, you saw them and all their conditions, yet you went to them.

Except there's a proviso that spells out the limits of the terms in the agreement, it conflicts with our domestic laws.

The limits of your freedom of speech is within responsible and reliably verified reports. A step transcending that into fake news publication, wrong images slandering, pure evil advocacy, and/or inciteful messages towards chaos, must not be encouraged to continue hence my support for the resolution of the presidency on this. It is daily trust that made the allegation, so it is they that you should be asking for the original and unedited copy, not the government that says such document does not exist.
