Well guess what?
The president of the University who purportedly signed the replacement certificate issued on June 27, 1997 is El Nora Daniel, a person who was appointed into office in 1998 and assumed office in 1998.

The person who was president of CSU as at 1997 when that replacement certificate was supposedly issued was Dr Dolores Evelyn Cross and it is her signature not El Nora Daniel’s signature that should have been on that replacement certificate if it is authentic!'
