Na PGP doesn't work like that . It uses a 2 way asymmetric key not 1. So if i encrypt a message with your public key only you with the private key can decrypt it and you don't share your private key. just the way scammers cannot spend your bitcoin even if they know your bitcoin address.

but I think PGP is to much of a problem just becos we wan buy bitcoin
